Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan who passed away this morning was laid to rest at the Versova kabrastan in Mumbai at 3 PM this afternoon

The filmmaker was one of the first from the film fraternity to reach the Versova cemetery where Irrfan's funeral took place

Everyone paid their final respects and mourned the loss of his passing away.

Vishal Bhardwaj has done a number of films with Irrfan and was his very close friend from industry

Meanwhile filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj also reached the cemetery to pay his last respect

Irrfan was buried in presence were his family, close relatives and friends.

However, after fighting for hours together, this morning at around 11 am IST, Irrfan Khan gave up and surrendered and left for heavenly abode.

A couple of hours back Irfaan's sons- Babil & Ayaan( the middle one and the one in hoodie) left the hospital for the cemetery where the funeral took place

Irrfan Khan who was battling NeuroEndrocine Tumor was admitted to Mumbai’s Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital on Tuesday, April 28, 2019 following a Colon Infection.
