In terms of engine options, the new Seltos gets a new 1.5l turbo petrol which replaces the earlier one with more power at 160bhp along with a 1.5l diesel and a naturally aspirated 1.5 petrol engine. (Image Source: Somnath Chatterjee)

The new Seltos competes in the cutthroat compact SUV space and will obviously rival the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyryder, Volkswagen Taigun plus the Skoda Kushaq and the MG Astor.
