Pakistani minister's live-stream with 'cat filter' still talk of the town; gets discussed in Stephen Colbert show

Pictures of Yousufzai and his fellow ministers sporting cat ears and whiskers during a press conference, went viral immediately after the person running it live accidentally activated the cat filter.

New Delhi: Pakistani lawmaker Shoukat Yousufzai's pictures with cat ears and whiskers, streamed live accidentally during a conference, has been in talks ever since it went viral on social media and even the Late Show Show host Stephen Colbert could not resist talking about it. In his CBS talk program The Late Show with Stephen Colbert , the host said: “This member of the Pakistani government accidentally live-streamed his press briefing with the cat filter on," he explained adding in an impersonation: "I'm calling for a national ban on dogs!" He also added: “I think a lot more people would watch the Democratic debates if they used a filter or two." The press conference wherein  the incident took place was about the recent decisions made by the provincial Assembly, but the netizens could not get over the  gaffe. "Who let the cats out," said on Twitter user, while another posted: "Positive image of Pakistan is being promoted though a press conference streamed live on Facebook with cat filter on Ministers of KP province." One Twitter user also said that Yousufzai "looks kinda cute" with the cat ears and whiskers.
