Pakistani Intruder Shot Dead By BSF In Gujarat’s Banaskantha District

BSF troops neutralised a Pakistani intruder in Gujarat’s Banaskantha on May 23 night after he crossed the International Border and ignored warnings to stop.

The Border Security Force (BSF) neutralised a Pakistani intruder who was attempting to cross into Indian territory during the night of May 23. The incident occurred in the Banaskantha district of Gujarat, near the India-Pakistan International Border.

According to the BSF, the alert troops spotted a suspicious individual advancing towards the border fence after illegally crossing the International Border. Despite being challenged by the personnel on duty, the intruder continued to move forward, leading the BSF troops to open fire in response.

In their official press release, the BSF stated, “BSF troops successfully neutralized a Pakistani intruder attempting to enter Indian territory in Banaskantha district, Gujarat, on May 23, 2025 during night. Alert BSF troops spotted one suspicious person advancing towards border fence after crossing International Border. They challenged the intruder, but he continued to advance, prompting them to open fire. The intruder was neutralized on the spot.”
