Other features include 60:40 split 2nd row and 50:50 split 3rd row, 2nd row AC, day/night IRVM, central locking with keyless entry, and music system with bluetooth and steering-mounted controls.
Verdict: The Ertiga is the clear pick here since the TUV300 Plus misses even basic safety features like ABS and dual front airbags.

Common Features (over the previous variants): Dual front airbags and ABS.
What TUV300 Plus offers over Ertiga: The TUV300 Plus doesn't get much over the Ertiga except for EBD, tilt-adjustable steering wheel and 16-inch wheels.

Verdict: Going by the features, the Ertiga continues to be our choice here. However, if you really need a 9-seater or a more accommodating vehicle, you can go for the TUV300 Plus and get the much-needed features such as parking sensors with camera, central locking and music system fitted from the aftermarket, which should cost you somewhere around Rs 20,000-Rs 25,000.

What Ertiga gets over the TUV300 Plus: Electrically foldable ORVMs, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, reverse parking camera, 2nd row AC and push-button start with smart key.
Verdict: Both the cars here are very competitively equipped and offer good value for money. The Ertiga, in this case, should be your pick if you’ll primarily use it as a 5-seater and not 7 (7 could be an occasional affair, but only for children at the back). The TUV300 Plus is the bigger vehicle here and should seat more than 5 people in better comfort compared to the Maruti. It’s also the one with the bigger engine.
