Viral Sach: Was Lucknow police's jeep towed away for being wrongfully parked?

New Delhi: A photo is getting viral on social media showing a crane towing away a police jeep. Lucknow police is written on the blue vehicle. The jeep has UP number plate too and a cop can also be seen sitting inside the crane. It is being claimed that Lucknow traffic police towed the vehicle after the same was wrongfully parked. Even the Lucknow zone's IG Satish Ganesh tweeted and congratulated the traffic cops for their great work. Fact check: When ABP News channel did an investigation, we found out that vehicle belonged to Ghazipur police station which comes under trans gomti area. Trans gomti area's SP informed that the jeep belonged to kotwali Ghazipur and due to serious fault lifted by crane recently. Therefore, the viral photo is true but the claim made along with it is false.
