Two Bodies Recovered With Ammunition In Kashmir’s Bandipora; Both Were Reportedly Affiliated To Hizb-Ul-Mujahideen
Official sources told that the duo according to documents found have been identified as Nisar Ahmad Rather from Dadsara Tral and Sameer Ahmad Dar.
Bandipora: Jammu and Kashmir police have recovered two unidentified bodies in the Tulail area of Gurez in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district early Saturday. Some arms and ammunition have also been recovered from the dead, along with an Aadhar card. Sub-divisional police officer (SDPO) Gurez Peerzada Ajaz said that two bodies were recovered from a Nallah in Malangham area of Tulail in Gurez sector today afternoon.
Official sources told that the duo according to documents found have been identified as Nisar Ahmad Rather from Dadsara Tral and Sameer Ahmad Dar (whose Official confirmation still awaited) from Dogripora Pulwama.
As informed, both of them were affiliated with Hizb-ul-Mujahideen as “While Nisar was missing since February 2018, the whereabouts of others were not known from March 2019".

Meanwhile, reportedly, police and army have also recovered some arms and ammunition from the unidentified bodies. “Both the persons might have died apparently due to drowning".
The duo might have died while crossing the LOC and may have been associated with militants, however so far there is no confirmation from the security agencies.
Nissar’s Adhaar card was also recovered, the officer said. The police have registered a case and started a further investigation in this regard, the officer added.
