Rahul Gandhi Wrote To SRK When Aryan Khan Was In Jail For Drugs Case, Said 'Country Is With You'

The Bombay High Court last week granted bail to Aryan Khan ending a 29-day long vigil as the Starkid finally walked out of Mumbai's Arthur Road Central Jail (ARCJ) on Saturday after 29 days.

Aryan Khan Case: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi had written to Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan at a time when his son Aryan was in Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) custody in the cruise ship drug case.

ABP News has learned that the former Congress President had written to Shah Rukh Khan at a time when the actor was struggling to get his son out of jail. In the letter, Rahul encouraged SRK and reportedly wrote that the nation is with him during this tough time.

The letter by Wayanad MP was written after NCB got Aryan Khan's custody in the drug bust case.

The Bombay High Court last week granted bail to Aryan Khan ending a 29-day long vigil as the Starkid finally walked out of Mumbai's Arthur Road Central Jail (ARCJ) on Saturday after 29 days.

Aryan's friends Arbaaz and Munmun were also taken into custody when the NCB raided the cruise on October 2. The sessions court had twice rejected Aryan Khan's bail plea. Aryan Khan's lawyers were able to get him bail in the third attempt.

Soon after the bail verdict was pronounced, SRK reportedly shed tears of joy and later met his entire legal defence team which had been fighting for Aryan's release for the past four weeks.

Aryan, his friends Arbaaz and Munmun, who left home on October 2 for a fun-filled Mumbai-Goa cruise voyage, totally oblivious of what was in store - were suddenly detained after the NCB swoop.
