NEW DELHI: After a fire broke out at Shastri Bhawan in the national capital on Tuesday afternoon, Congress President Rahul Gandhi took a jibe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi saying "burning files" is not going to save him because his "day of judgement" is approaching. Shastri Bhavan is a government building situated in Central Delhi, housing a number of Ministries including the Ministries of Law, Information and Broadcasting, Corporate Affairs, Chemicals and Petrochemicals, and Human Resources Development. "Modi ji burning files is not going to save you. Your day of judgement is coming," Gandhi tweeted sharing a Twitter post of news agency ANI reporting the blaze. The fire, however, was immediately doused. The fire fighting department swung into the action and at least seven fire tenders were deployed at the spot to put the blaze out. There were no casualties reported. The reason for the fire is presumed to be due to a short circuit. The seven-phase Lok Sabha elections started on April 11 and would conclude on May 19. Counting of votes will take place on May 23. So far, voting has been completed for four of the seven phases. Polling was held on Monday for 72 Lok Sabha seats spread across nine states in the fourth phase. In the first three phases, election was held to 91, 96 and 117 seats on April 11, April 18, April 23 respectively. Polling for the fifth phase will be held on May 6.
