Republic Day Parade 2022: Children below 15 yrs of age will not be given permission to attend the Republic Day Parade. Delhi Police said it is mandatory for people to adhere to all Covid protocols.

Republic Day Parade Guidelines 2022: Republic Day will be celebrated on January 26 across the nation. As per the directives issued by Delhi Police for visiting the Republic Day Parade 2022 at Rajpath, it is mandatory for people to be completely vaccinated against Covid-19.

Children below 15 years of age will not be given permission to attend the Republic Day Parade ceremony 2022. Delhi Police also said that it is mandatory for people to adhere to all Covid-19 protocols while attending the 26th January ceremony at the Rajpath.

Republic Day Parade 2022  Ceremony Guidelines

  • The seating blocks for visitors will open at 7 am
  • The attendees are requested to sit at their designated seat
  • It is necessary to have both vaccinations against Corona.
  • Must carry the vaccine certificate
  • Children under the age of 15 are not allowed to attend the program.
  • Parking is limited, so you can carpool or come by taxi
  • Request the visitors to cooperate in the security check.
  • The visitors are requested to carry valid identity cards (Aadhaar card, voter card, driving license, etc.) along with the admit card.
  • Arrangements to keep remote control car lock keys will be made in every parking area.

27 Thousand Security Personnel Deployed

Police commissioner Of Delhi Rakesh Asthana on Sunday stated that in view of Republic Day 2022, more than 27,000 personnel have been deployed. He said the entire force comprises 71 Police - Deputy Commissioner (DSP), 213 ACP, 713 inspectors, Delhi Police commando, Armed battalion officer and jawans, and 65 companies of Central Armed 65 Police forces.
