These collective efforts, with a total investment of Rs 11,391.79 crore, are poised to revolutionize India's healthcare landscape, officials emphasized. The projects aim to provide quality, affordable, and accessible healthcare for all, while also expanding medical education opportunities across the country.

According to PTI, officials underscored the significance of these initiatives as they noted a substantial increase in budget allocation for healthcare under the NDA government, rising from Rs 37,330 crore in 2013-14 to Rs 90,658.63 crore in 2024-25, marking a remarkable surge of approximately 143 percent.

"These healthcare infrastructure projects will play a pivotal role in nurturing the next generations of doctors and healthcare professionals, thus propelling India towards a healthier, happier, and prosperous tomorrow," officials stated, as quoted by PTI.
