Pakistan once again pulls K-nerve; calls PM Modi’s courtesy letter as ‘India’s intent to begin dialogue’
India, however, has denied Pakistan minister's claims on talks. According to top diplomatic sources, PM Modi wrote a letter to Imran Khan to congratulate him but there was mention of dialogues in it.

Even PM Imran Khan had spoken about improving relations between the countries stating that “We would like to improve relations with neighbouring countries”.
