'I'm Happy & Alive': Self-Proclaimed Godman Nithyananda Junks Death Rumours With Live Video

Previously Nithyananda, who fled India in 2019 amid allegations of rape and kidnapping, claimed to have established a self-declared nation, the "United States of Kailasa" (USK).

Amid rumours about his death, self-proclaimed godman Nithyananda, who has been at the center of controversy and legal troubles, appeared live on his YouTube channel. His sudden appearance this morning put an end to speculations that had been circulating for the past four days, claiming that he had passed away.

Speculation On Nithyananda's Health

Earlier, reports recently claimed that Nithyananda had been unwell, undergoing dialysis treatment, and was possibly in a coma. His reduced frequency of online sermons further fueled suspicions. Some even speculated that he had died three years ago, causing a stir among his followers, as per a report on ABP Nadu.

Even earlier, observers had noted that he appeared tired and lacked his usual energy, raising concerns about his health.

However, Kailasa post the controversy refuted these claims, assuring his followers that he was alive and well.

Life In Kailasa

Nithyananda, who fled India in 2019 amid allegations of rape and kidnapping, claimed to have established a self-declared nation, the "United States of Kailasa" (USK).

Against this backdrop, on Thursday, Nithyananda in his live stream reassured his followers that Kailasa's activities were progressing smoothly. He attributed his absence from public sermons over the past two years to major renovations in Kailasa but clarified that his spiritual discourses had not been entirely discontinued. He also pointed out that he had made an appearance on Ugadi, a significant Hindu festival.

Developing A "Spiritual AI Model"

During his address, Nithyananda revealed that his limited online presence was due to his involvement in developing what he described as the world’s first "spiritual AI model." Though he did not provide details, he claimed that this innovation was a key focus of his recent work.

Despite his public reassurance, doubts remain among followers and critics alike about his health.
