"We were the biggest party in Bihar when Govt was formed, would approach SC" says Lalu

Lalu accuses Nitish of planning a conspiracy along with Sushil Modi against him

Bihar: ‘Betrayed and let down’ by former ally Nitish Kumar, Rashtriya Janta Dal Chief Lalu Yadav addressed media post Nitish’s oath taking ceremony on Thursday, where BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi took oath as Deputy CM, ousting Lalu’s son Tejashwi Yadav. Speaking to media Lalu expressed his resentment and said:
  • Lalu said people of Bihar know what Nitish is upto. He said “Bihar is an aware state”
  • He further added saying, People are angry with Nitish’s move. “People in every nook and village are angry with Nitish’s decision”
  • He also lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said, “Modi assured of ache din”.
  • He also added saying, “On the basis of his assurance Modi came to power”. “Modi assured people of eradicating black money and giving employment”
  • Nitish ‘fakes’his stand against communalism: Lalu Yadav
  • Where ever Nitish sees power, he gets inclined towards that direction
