For this, you must first save the 9013151515 number on your phone. You will then have to open the chat box with this number by whatsapp in your phone. You'll need to send it after writing 'Namaste' in it. You'll then get 9 options in response. You must write 1 and send it. Then you'll need to enter your pin code and you'll get information about the nearest centre. 
 
Search centre through Google Map
You can also locate the nearest centre through the Google Map app. For this, you need to search by typing the Covid-19 Vaccination centre in google maps app after you open it.
