J&K: MBA student who went missing joins Lashkar, releases photograph
In a photo released, Wani is seen holding a gun in the picture and it is said that he has joined ' militant ranks' at Lashkar.
NEW DELHI: At a time when reports of Kashmiri youth joining militant ranks are making news, yet another case comes from Pulwama.
It is reported that Ishfaq Ahmad Wani, who hails from Pulwama, joined militant group Lashkar. He was an MBA student and had come back home during the holiday.
Wani had gone missing from last one week. In a photo released, Wani is seen holding a gun in the picture and it is said that he has joined ' militant ranks' at Lashkar.
The family of Ishfaq has urged him to shun the path of violence and return to his loved ones.
Earlier this month, a youth from Jammu and Kashmir's Doda district has allegedly fell in the trap of militancy. Abid Hussain Bhat, who hails from Doda's Sazan village has been missing from last few days and was seen last in a post which went viral on social media.
