Independent MLA warns MP CM Kamal Nath; says 'If not made a minister, won't let govt run'
Even Samajwadi Party is unhappy with not getting any ministerial posts by Congress. Also, SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav has mentioned not allying with Congress in Uttar Pradesh.
New Delhi: Troubles have started sprouting for the freshly elected Congress government in Madhya Pradesh. BJP has got a change of taking jibes at the government as even days after Kamal Nath’s cabinet ministers took oath, the ministries have not been allocated to them; on the other hand, several MLAs are angry for not being sworn in into the cabinet. Independent MLA from Burhanpur Vidhansabha seat Thakur Surendra Singh has now given a 5-day ultimatum to CM Kamal Nath.
Threatening Kamal Nath, the MLA said that if he isn’t chosen as a Minister in 5 days, he won’t let the government run. “The government is running from my support only”. After this several people have also accused CM Kamal Nath of not keeping up to his promise.
Even Samajwadi Party is unhappy with not getting any ministerial posts by Congress. Also, SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav has mentioned not allying with Congress in Uttar Pradesh. He said “We have given support to Congress without any bets, still Congress didn’t pick our MLA for a ministerial post; doing this Congress has cleared our way in Uttar Pradesh”.
Shivraj takes a jibe:
Former MP Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has taken a jibe at Congress for not allotting ministries to ministers so far. He said “the tug of war happening because of non-allotment of ministries have made it unclear who will run the government”.
