How different parties & groups reacted to SC's recommendation over Babri Masjid row

New Delhi: The Ayodhya matter which is long pending in the Supreme Court was heard by the Supreme Court on Tuesday where Supreme directed various parties to sort the Ram Mandir issue amicably and settle the matter with mutual consent. Various parties and groups are now coming forth and reacting on SC’s statement. The hearing was sought by senior Bhartiya Janta Janta Party leader Subramanian Swamy who said, “We are ready for building of both Ram Mandir and Masjid. But, Masjid should be built on the other side of ‘Sarayu’ river, whereas; Ram mandir should be built on the Ram temple”. Muslim cleric Umar Ilyasi also welcomed SC’s suggestion and said, “Dialogue has a special place in Indian Literature.  He added saying that “Resolving things via an dialogue is always better”.
