Farmers' Protests: Which Routes In Delhi NCR Are Completely Closed & Which Ones Have To Be Avoided; Check Here
Delhi Traffic Police informed which routes in the NCR continue to be affected by the ongoing security deployment owing to the ongoing farmers' protests. Know all about it here.
New Delhi: With the ongoing farmers' protests and beefed up police deployment over it, commuters will continue to face hindrances at certain routes even as the protestors have been asked to demonstrate at the Nirankari Ground in Burari. Delhi Traffic Police put up updates on which routes will be closed and from where traffic is being diverted.
Traffic movement is not allowed from the outer ring road to the Singhu border and Azadpur towards the Singhu border, the department informed on Twitter.
Traffic is heavy in the carriageway from Peeragarhi towards Punjabi Bagh due to checking by local police at Ordnance Depot. Kindly avoid the stretch.
Besides this, traffic is being diverted from the following routes:
- Azad Pur Terminal Underpass
- Azad Pur chowk
- GTK Depot
Meanwhile, other routes where commuters are expected to face heavy traffic are:Traffic Alert
