In Palwal district too, farmers staged a dharna.
The protesting farmers, who have been camping at various Delhi borders, have expressed apprehension that the three agri laws would pave the way for the dismantling of the minimum support price (MSP) system, leaving them at the 'mercy' of big corporations.
However, Centre has maintained that the new laws will bring better opportunities to farmers and introduce new reforms in agriculture sector.
