• Saurabh Bhardwaj was a cabinet minister in the government of Delhi heading Food & supply.
• Saurabh Bhardwaj is an engineer in Computer Science, graduate of Bhartividyapeeth's college.
• Prior to joining AAP Saurabh Bhardwaj was working with Johnson Controls India Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon.
• Bharadwaj started his career as Software Engineer in Invensys, now Schneider Electric, Hyderabad.
• Saurabh Bhardwaj won the seat, defeating the Ajay Kumar Malhotra of BJP in 2013 Delhi state election.
