Dawood Ibrahim's close aide Raviraj Singh arrested in Kathmandu
New Delhi: In a major breakthrough, one of the underworld don Dawood Ibrahim's close aides is arrested in Kathmandu, the national capital of neighbouring country Nepal.
According to the information, Raviraj Singh used to run fake money racket in the Nepal.
Dawood Ibrahim also known as 'Bhai' (brother) is the leader of the Indian organised crime syndicate D-Company founded in Mumbai.
For cheating, criminal conspiracy and running an organised crime syndicate, Dawood is currently on the wanted list of Interpol.
He was number three on the The World's 10 Most Wanted.
Dawood is accused of heading an illegal empire in India, against the country. After the Bombay bombings (1993), which Dawood allegedly organised and financed with Tiger Memon, both became India's most wanted men.
Recently, Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led BJP government has increased its effort to locate and grab the wanted criminal.
According to some information, Dawood may be hiding in neighbouring Pakistan.
Catching him and bringing him back is one of the top priorities of the central government
