Complaint against AAP MLA Dinesh Mohaniya for ‘misbehaving’ with a woman

New Delhi: Months after AAP MLA Somnath Bharti’s wife lodged a complaint against him over domestic violence charges; the fate of another AAP MLA seems to be landing in soup. According to agency reports, a woman has filed a complaint against AAP MLA Dinesh Mohaniya, after he allegedly ‘misbehaved’ with her during a visit to his Sangam Vihar constituency where he had gone there to study the problem of water scarcity in the area. The allegations put by the complainant have raised several eyebrows as she also claims that Mohaniya even hurled several filthy abuses on her. “Dinesh Mohaniya pushed me and other women. He also badly abused us.” The woman has sought an arrest for the MLA. Talking about the severe water crisis in her area, the woman said, “When he abused and pushed us, we also reverted back. Are we here to be beaten up?” Meanwhile, the cops are probing the matter. No arrests have been made so far.
