Businessman Duped Of Rs 2 Crores On Pretext Of Railway Contract Using Home Minister Amit Shah’s Name

In the complaint filled by Mumbai-based businessman Praval Choudhary in the Special Cell, persons named Rahul Shah, Anish Bansal and Brijesh Ratan have been accused of cheating.

A case of duping Rs 2 crores under the false impression of tender being provided by Union Home Minister Amit Shah has come to light in Delhi. 

It has been noted that in lieu of granting a Railway Contract to a Mumbai-based businessman. A group of three men allegedly demanded Rs 100 crore, of which, Rs 2 crores were paid in advance, sources informed ABP News.

Earlier in July, the Special Cell had registered a case regarding the scam.

It is alleged that in the name of getting a contract in the Railways and a meeting with the Union Home Minister Amit Shah for other govt contracts, the victim was called to 99 Kushak Road in Delhi.

The businessman has told the police that the work was to be done for Rs 100 crore, of which Rs 2 crore was given in advance but nothing happenned. On asking for the money back, it was told that the token money has gone ahead.

After recieving the complain, the police has begun its investigation, However, no arrest has been made in this case so far.
