In his second rally in Muzaffarur, PM said that owing to the previous track record of the jungle raj, people of Bihar do not keep any expectations from the ‘Yuvraj Of Junge Raj.’ People are well-aware of their activities, and if they return to power, at the time of a pandemic, people of Bihar will have to face double trouble. "The party which is infamous for closing down industries of Bihar, from whom investors maintained distance, is today promising development to the state's people. Let alone govt jobs, if they come to power even private companies will flee from Bihar," PM said. PM Modi also addressed a rally in Bihar's capital Patna and said that now with proper electrification of Bihar, the darkness of "lantern' has now faded. He asserted that it is only the NDA that can fulfil the aspiration of Bihari people. "Who can fulfil the aspirations of the poor and middle class of Bihar? Can those who looted Bihar do it? Those who only thought of their families and did injustice to everyone can never understand Bihar's expectations. Only NDA can do it," he said.
