Further recounting the fate of Congress in UP, PM Modi said, “NDA defeated ‘double-double Yuvraj’ in UP polls; the ‘double-double Yuvraj’ will meet the same fate in Bihar.” Three or four years ago, even in the Uttar Pradesh elections, double princes were shaking hands with the people from atop buses. "A prince there has now met the prince of Jungle Raj," he said, adding like Uttar Pradesh, the two "crown princes" will bite the dust in Bihar. "Today, in front of Bihar, there is a government of 'double engines'," he said, quoting Tejashwi Yadav's jibe at the state's alliance government of the BJP and Nitish Kumar's Janata Dal-United. PM Modi exuded confidence in BJP's victory and said that the high turnout in the first phase of Bihar assembly polls proved all political pundits wrong.

He will take care of all your needs" PM Modi also targeted Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav on nepotism and said that they only care about themselves and their families but Nitish Kumar and PM Modi are working for the people as they don't promote the family but work towards the welfare of their country and the state. Polling in 71 seats in the first phase of Bihar assembly elections was completed on October 28, with voter turnout at 54.26 per cent. The other two phases of the Bihar election are on November 3 and November 7, and the results will be announced on November 10.
