Manish Sisodia, Atishi Share Sweets As Arvind Kejriwal Gets Bail After 6 Months — WATCH
AAP leaders celebrate Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's bail in CBI arrest. Justice Bhuyan expressed concerns about keeping Kejriwal in custody despite bail in another case.
AAP leaders Manish Sisodia, Saurabh Bharadwaj and Atishi joined party workers to celebrate the bail granted to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a corruption case registered by the Central Bureau of Investigation in the now-scrapped liquor policy case. Party leaders gathered outside Kejriwal's residence and distributed sweets. While granting bail to Kejriwal, who was in jail for last six months, Justice Ujjal Bhuyan questioned the timing and manner of Kejriwal's arrest by the CBI. He also said that it would be travesty of justice to keep Kejriwal in custody when he has got bail in the ED case on same grounds.

"Arvind Kejriwal has been granted bail and he will be coming out of jail today. Two judgments have come on the legality of his arrest, one says that it is not legal. While, the other judgment says that the arrest is completely illegal and the way CBI has acted is illegal as well; he should be released," said advocate Rishikesh Kumar.
He added that "scathing remarks" were made against CBI and it was said that CBI was acting as a "caged parrot" as it was said in earlier judgments as well.
AAP leader and lawyer Somnath Bharti said, "This is the best time for this order to come because at this moment, there was only one hope in India about when Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal would come out of jail."
