Indian Army Destroys Terror Camps In PoK: '11 Pak Soldiers, 22 Terrorists Killed,' Say Sources

Pakistan Army's district headquarters located in Anthmuqam was also targeted in the Indian Army operation in Neelum and Tangdhar, sources claimed.

New Delhi: Indian Army, on Sunday, inflicted heavy damage to terrorist camps situated inside Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) opposite the Tangdhar sector, and decimated about 22 terrorists, and 11 Pakistani soldiers, sources said. Indian army has used artillery guns to target the terrorist camps which have been actively trying to push terrorists into Indian territory. At least four camps in Neelum valley have been destroyed in the strikes. Pakistani Army posts were also hit in the artillery gun attack that has resulted in more injuries on the enemy's side. Pakistan Army District Headquarters located in Anthmuqam was also targeted in the Indian Army operation in Neelum and Tangdhar, sources claimed. As many as 7 terror camps have been targeted by the Army in today's retaliation, sources said. This is in retaliation to the support provided by Pakistan Army to push terrorists into Indian territory. Pakistan, on the other hand, has claimed that 9 Indian soldiers have been killed in Pakistani Army firing and has also claimed that 1 Pakistan Army soldier and 3 Pakistani civilians died in the exchange of fire. Earlier, two Indian soldiers lost their lives in a ceasefire violation from Pakistan along the Line of Control (LoC) in Tangdhar sector of Kupwara. The ceasefire violation from Pakistan Army was started to push infiltrators into the Indian side, according to the sources. Indian Army  retaliated strongly to the unprovoked violation from across the border. Earlier on October 13 too, an Army jawan was killed in a ceasefire violation by Pakistan along the LoC in Uri sector of Jammu and Kashmir's Baramulla district.
