FIR against Delhi BJP Chief Manoj Tiwari for breaking govt sealing in Delhi
The sealing was done post Supreme Court order, therefore breaking a government sealing is unlawful.
New Delhi: Delhi Bharatiya Janta Party Chief Manoj Tiwari has landed himself in soup after breaking the lock of a house, which was sealed by MCD after the orders of the apex court, as Supreme Court has sought an explanation from the Tiwari over such an action and an FIR has been lodged against the leader on Tuesday.
Speaking on the incident, Tiwari in an exclusive to ABP News said “I will again go to break lock tomorrow”. Tiwari termed the Municipal Corporation employees as corrupt and accused Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal of doing a conspiracy against him.
Tiwari on Sunday visited a residential area in East Delhi’s Gokulpuri, where he broke the seal of one of the houses which was sealed by MCD. Though, the house was re-sealed by MCD within 24 hours, but this action has brought troubles for him as he is likely to face a judicial probe over the same.
Unmoved by the probable judicial probe, Tiwari termed the same as a ‘drama’.
Manoj Tiwari said “I will again go and break the lock at 11am tomorrow”. As per Tiwari’s allegations, Supreme Court’s monitoring committing is indulging in ‘pick and choose’ and the employees of MCD are corrupt. He raised questions why isn’t sealing taking place in Okhla? He said that it is a conspiracy against Arvind Kejriwal and dared Delhi CM to come face to face with him.
Taking on Tiwari Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal saying "They seal a house in the morning and break the lock in the evening. Do they think people are fools?" Chief Minsiter took on his Twitter and lashed out at Delhi BJP Chief.
