ABP Shikhar Sammelan: Manish Sisodia Attacks Congress-Akali Dal, Says AAP Will Give Development To Punjab

"The people of Punjab will say that a government that works and a Chief Minister that can be boasted about have been given by the Aam Aadmi Party," said Sisodia.

ABP Shikhar Sammelan: Ahead of the Punjab assembly elections, ABP News has organized the summit to understand the pulse of the state. Punjab's top leaders are participating in the summit. In the same series, Deputy CM in Delhi government, Manish Sisodia also gave an interview.

Speaking on Punjab politics, he said that the people of Punjab want the state to stand up firmly and progress, but the Akalis and the Congress have made Punjab a mere spectacle. The common Punjabi wants to get out of this spectacle and this task can be undertaken by the Aam Aadmi Party.

Manish Sisodia said, "We will also decide and reveal the makeover. We will provide Punjab with such a face that the people of Punjab will be proud of it. The people of Punjab will say that a government which works and a Chief Minister that can be boasted about have been given by the Aam Aadmi Party. But the Chief Minister will not be decided through TV programs but will be done in the party meeting. "

Replying to a question on him being the CM candidate, Manish Sisodia said, "I am the Deputy CM of Delhi and the Education Minister, don't you like it. I'm happy where I am. I want the same progress for Punjab as it has been done in the education field for Delhi. There should not be a poor performance in Punjab as has been done by the Congress and the Akali Dal so far. Our partners have left but we fulfilled our promises.

Manish Sisodia said, "I wish electricity had become cheaper in Punjab, I wish the government schools there were like schools in Delhi. Children don't study in surveys children study in school. Aam Aadmi Party will provide good schools and cheap electricity in Punjab just like Delhi. People vote on the same issues, people are going to trust the Aam Aadmi Party this time. Captain Saheb distributed employment cards but did not provide employment, we will provide employment on Captain Saheb's card itself.''

"Some of our colleagues left because of more aspirations," he said. "But now they must be regretting that the party they chose in place of Aam Aadmi party has more chaos and less performance by the party," he added. He said that those who do not work, fear, the Congress did not work and so they are afraid.

Sisodia said that it is our politics that we will provide electricity and water free to the public with their tax money. We won't steal tax money like the rest of the parties. How far is it okay to have free electricity in the ministers' house while the common man pays for it? When the common man is paying tax, he should also get electricity free of cost.
