ABP E-Shikhar Sammelan: Over 1000 Cases In Uttar Pradesh Linked To Tablighi Jamaat, Says UP CM Yogi Adityanath
CM Yogi said that the people of Tabligi Jamaat hid the infection cases which triggered the spread of cases elsewhere in the country. In UP, out of 1650, more than one thousand cases are related to Jamaat.
New Delhi: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath addressed the problem of migrant workers stranded in other states and assured them that the government is preparing to bring them back and will make arrangement for their jobs, while talking to ABP News over Coronavirus crisis in its flagship summit E Shikhar Sammelan, on Thursday. The Uttar Pradesh CM said that the Tablighi Jamaat incident led to growth up of the cases in the state.
CM Yogi said that the people of Tabligi Jamaat hid the infection cases due to which it spread rapidly. In UP, out of 1650, more than one thousand cases are related to Jamaat.
He said that even after knowing that the Jamaatis who attended the gathering at Nizamuddin Markaz came in contact with the Jamaatis who came from abroad, facts were hidden.

Being infected by the virus is not wrong, but if you hide it and spread the infection, it will not be tolerated, he said.
In Uttar Pradesh, the police caught a large number of people of the Jamaat and got them quarantined.
Talking about migrant labourers he said: "I congratulate all my workers and the working class on May Day. Under the leadership of the Prime Minister, the whole country is fighting the fight against Corona. The Prime Minister's Poor Welfare Package has been announced for the poor. For workers engaged in construction work, allowance has been made for maintenance for daily earners. We have made a separate arrangement for MNREGA workers.”
CM Yogi said that the fight against Corona is going on. Students trapped in Kota, Prayagraj, Rajasthan were successfully taken to their homes. Work is going on to evacuate workers from Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.
