Union Budget 2021 Speech Date Time: It is the third budget for Nirmala Sitharaman as the Finance Minister of India under the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
New Delhi: The annual Union Budget is to be presented on February 1st 2021. A trend has come up in the last few years, for the Union Budget 2021 to be tabled in the Lok Sabha on February 1 and this year it falls on Monday. It is also the third budget for Nirmala Sitharaman as the Finance Minister of India under the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the Budget will be paperless, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman last week launched the new mobile app by the name 'Union Budget Mobile App' for hassle-free access to Budget documents by the MPs and the general public using the simplest form of digital convenience. The app was developed by the National Informatics Centre (NIC) under the guidance of the Department of Economic Affairs (DEA), the mobile app facilitates access to 14 Union Budget documents, including the Annual Financial Statement (commonly known as Budget), Demand for Grants (DG), Finance Bill, etc., as prescribed by the Constitution."
When To Watch Budget 2021:
As per reports, Union Budget 2021 will be presented by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in the Lok Sabha on February 1, while the Budget session will begin on January 29, 2021. President Ram Nath Kovind will address a joint sitting of both Upper and Lower House of the Parliament on January 29, following which the Economic Survey will be presented in Lok Sabha.
