PM Modi To Inaugurate IN-SPACe HQ In Gujarat
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the headquarters of IN-SPACe at Bopal, Ahmedabad on June 10. According to the information, IN-SPACe will be the nodal agency, which will allow space activities and non-government private entities to use the Department of Space-related facilities. Its aim will be to ensure maximum private participation in the space sector.
The purpose of this center is to promote private companies working in space technology. Private company is to be involved in space-related work. In simple words, IN-SPACe a separate center or a separate institution has been established which will act as a bridge between the private company and ISRO.
Water Supply To Be Hit In Parts Of Delhi
Delhi Jal Board has said that water supply will remain affected in many parts of Delhi due to less release of water in the Yamuna by Haryana. The board said that the water level in Wazirabad pond is 668.7 feet as against the normal 674.5 feet. Water supply from Haryana through Carrier Lined Canal (CLC) and Delhi Sub Branch (DSB) is also fluctuating.
DJB said that water will be available with low pressure in Delhi Cantonment, Northeast Delhi, West Delhi, North Delhi, Central Delhi, South Delhi and New Delhi Municipal Council areas.
