Toyota Launches New Innova Crysta Facelift; Check Price, Features & Other Details

New Delhi: Kirloskar Toyota, the Indian arm of the leading automobile brand in the world, launched the new Innova Crysta facelift on Tuesday. With a refreshed cabin, Innova Crysta comes with several new design updates on the outside and an updated feature list. The new trapezoidal piano-black grille with chrome ornamentation on the outside is one of the major highlights of the facelift. The front bumper design has also been updated and is now sharper than before to give the Innova Crysta a sportier profile. The facelift model comes with new diamond-cut alloys that enhance its youthful appeal. The facelift model comes with, a new and larger touchscreen infotainment screen has been incorporated which supports Android Auto and Apple Carplay. Loaded with new features such as real-time vehicle tracking, geofencing, and similar optional accessories can be icing for tech-savvy owners. While Camel Tan color upholstery is available for the ZX trim of the MPV The new Innova Crysta also comes with an expanded and updated safety list as the vehicle gets seven airbags, Vehicle Stability Control, and Hill Start Assist, and a front clearance sonar with MID display to prevent collisions while parking in tight spaces. "The Innova redefined the segment when it was introduced in India more than 15 years ago as a premium MPV that offers unrivaled comfort, convenience and looks, these skillfully combined with Toyota’s quality, durability, and reliability, made it a winner," said Naveen Soni, Senior Vice President, Sales, and Service, Toyota Kirloskar Motor. "The new and bolder Innova Crysta continues that legacy in accordance with our tradition of customer-first approach." Soni further underlined that Innova Crysta has 43% of the segment share and that the continuing need of families for a vehicle with a comfortable cabin and capable drive will be met by the facelift version. The Innova went through four different facelifts until it was discontinued in 2016. Innova Crysta is the second generation of the Innova, which was launched in the same year after the former discontinued. Toyota in 2019 recorded a sale of 61,743 units of the MPV making it the highest selling car of the brand.
