List Of Long Weekend Holidays In 2021
January 1, 2021 (Friday): Although January 1 is a restricted holiday but you get three days of long weekend from Friday on the occasion of New Year's Day.
January 14, 2021(Thursday): Makar Sankranti Makar Sankranti / Pongal is observed as a restricted holiday. You can enjoy four days of long weekend if you are able to manage one day leave after Thursday till Sunday.
January 23, 2021 (Saturday): You get four days of long weekend if you take a leave in between on Monday till the occasion of Republic Day celebrated on Jan 26 on Tuesday.
March 11, 2021 (Thursday): The occasion of Maha Shivaratri is observed as a Gazetted holiday which falls on Thursday. Here you can take a day off on Friday to get an extended weekend.
March 27, 2021 (Saturday): Next long weekend comes on the occasion of Holi on March 29 which falls on Monday.
April 2, 2021 (Friday): Three days of long weekend starts from Friday on the occasion of Good Friday, which is observed as a gazetted holiday.
April 10, 2021(Saturday): Another four days of long weekend on the month of April falls on the occasion of Ugadi / Gudi Padwa which is celebrated on Tuesday.
May 13, 2021 (Thursday): You get four days of long weekend if you manage a day leave on Friday because 13th May is observed as a holiday on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitar on Thursday.
July 10, 2021 (Saturday): In the following month in July, you get a long weekend from Saturday as Rath Yatra is celebrated on July 12 on Monday.
July 17, 2021 (Saturday): There is another four days of long weekend if you manage one day leave followed by the occasion of Bakri Id / Eid ul-Adha on July 20 which falls on Tuesday.
August 7, 2021 (Saturday): Here is another four days of long weekend, provided you take one day leave starts from Saturday, 7th, August on the occasion of Muharram on August 10 which falls on Tuesday.
August 28, 2021 (Saturday): Three days of long weekend starts from 28th August on the occasion of Janmashtami which is celebrated on August 30, Monday.

October 15, 2021 (Friday): Three days of long weekend starts from Friday, 15th, October on the occasion of Dussehra.
November 4, 2021 (Thursday): Four days of long weekend, provided you take one day leave from Thursday, 4th, November on the occasion of Diwali / Deepavali.
November 19, 2021 (Friday): The last of the long weekend in the year starts from Friday, 19th, November on the occasion of Guru Nanak's Birthday.
