Veteran filmmaker and Hrithik Roshan's maternal grandfather J Om Prakash passed away this morning. He was 93 and was in hospital since a long time, soon as the sad news broke out, members of ilm fraternity offered condolences to the Roshan family.

As per reports, J Om Prakash was 93 and took his last breath at his Mumbai residence.

Recently Hrithik had shares endearing pictures of himself with Nana on his Twitter handle.

Late Om Prakash was known for his movies such as Aas Ka Panchhi (1961), Aaye Din Bahar Ke (1966), Ayee Milan Ki Bela (1964), Aankhon Aankhon Mein (1972) and Aap Ki Kasam (1974) among others.
