New Delhi: In a shocking case, a two-year-old boy got his head stuck between a pair of narrow window bars and was hanging in the air while staying alone in the home in Dazhou, Sichuan Province, China. As soon as the neighbours saw toddler hanging, he was rescued by two local residents. However, the boy’s dangerous act made many residents shudder.
