Video: Locals tie illegal liquor-trader by tree in Bihar, thrash him
Chapra: Showcasing awareness and ensuring strict implementation of liquor ban in Bihar, some youth in the state’s Chapra district caught hold of an illegal liquor trader. However, instead of handing him over to the police, these local youth thrashed the trader in public place and tied him to a tree. The local police was informed after which they arrived on the spot to arrest the trader. Watch video:
