It not only supports keeping healthy and regaining strength, but it also improves mood. The best non-alcoholic drinks this summer aren't just iced tea or lemonade; instead, they're these amazing mocktails, which have all the flavour and flair. Most importantly, they are joyful and exuberant. Here are some unique mocktail recipes you can make with readily available household ingredients. 

1. Cactus Summer Cooler (By Chef Gayatri, CYK Hospitalities)

Ingredients:

  • Cactus Syrup- 20 ml
  • Cucumber Syrup- 15 ml
  • Soda- for top up
  • Ice- 60g
  • English Cucumber- 1pc

Method:

  • Take a fresh cucumber, and with the help of a peeler, lengthwise peel the cucumber from one side to make a garnish for the drink. 
  • Take an old fashion glass, fill it with ice cubes, followed by the cactus and cucumber syrup, and give it a nice stir with the help of a bar spoon.
  • Now place the cucumber peel in the glass as per your liking for an aesthetic look, top up with soda and then give a final stir and enjoy the freshness of cactus with the coolness of cucumber. 

2. Minty Melon: (By Chef Sandipan, Hit A Pint)

Ingredients:

  • Green Lemon Syrup- 20ml
  • Mint Leaves- 7
  • Mango Juice- 6 oz
  • Sweet and Sour- 1 oz 
  • Scoop Ice- 1 cube

Method:

  • Add all ingredients to the blender.
  • Mix well and pour in a sugar Rim Glass.

3. Kangra Magic (By Chef- Jagmohan Singh, Mixologist, Araiya Palampur)

Ingredients:

  • Fennel liquor- 60ml
  • Pineapple Juice-120ml
  • Lemon Juice -10ml
  • Himalayan Mint- for garnish
  • Cucumber paired – to insert in glass

Method:

  • In a cocktail maker, pour everything except cucumber and mint leaves.
  • Shake it thoroughly.
  • Prepare a glass with cucumber slices cut lengthwise.
  • Pour the concoction and garnish with mint leaves.

4. Evolution (By Chef Sandipan, Hit A Pint)

Ingredients:

  • Passion Fruit Syrup- 10ml
  • Grenadine- 10 ml
  • Sour Mix- 90 ml
  • Pineapple Juice- 5 oz

Method:

  • Add all ingredients to the shaker.
  • Shake and pour in sugar Rim Glass
  • Add Grenadine Syrup
