Monsoon Health & Food: As soon as the rainy season arrives, you need to take precautions related to what you eat and drink. Most weather-related diseases and infections occur during the monsoon season. A little carelessness in the diet can be hazardous. However, with a little care, you can keep yourself and your family healthy.

Today we will suggest you a healthy diet chart according to the monsoon season. In 

Breakfast- In the rainy season, everyone wants to eat something fried and roasted. But you should start your day with a healthy breakfast. You can have poha, upma, idli, dry toast or parathas for breakfast. With this, you can take black tea or black coffee.

Lunch- Our digestive system becomes very weak in monsoon, so it is advisable to eat light food. In lunch, instead of fried food, you can eat lentils, vegetables, roti and salad. Taking curd or buttermilk with food is also beneficial. Try to eat only moong lentils or mixed lentils.

Dinner- It is said that the lighter the dinner, the more beneficial it is. Avoid eating heavy things in dinner in the rain, if you want, you can drink soup and eat oats or salty porridge along with it. Apart from this, you can eat gourd curry vegetables and roti. Khichdi is also a good option for this season. Also, you must drink a glass of turmeric milk at an interval of one hour. This will save you from many types of infections.

Monsoon Tips

1- Eat low-fat lentils, vegetables during the rainy season.
2- Eat seasonal fruits like watermelon, seasonal, melon, litchi.
3- There is litigation in the rain, so eat light food that is easily digested.
4- Infection spreads very quickly in rain, so eat only clean food prepared at home.
5- There is less thirst due to moisture in the monsoon but drink plenty of water.
6- In monsoon, definitely include lemon in the food, you can make lemon shikanji and drink it. 
7- Always cut vegetables and fruits and eat them.
