PM Modi met German singer Cassandra Mae Spittmann and her mother today, in Tamil Nadu's Palladam, Spittmann, who sings songs, especially devotional songs in many Indian languages, was mentioned by the PM in one of his 'Mann Ki Baat' radio programs. Today, she sang 'Achyutam Keshavam' and a Tamil song in front of PM Modi. While she continued her song, PM Modi could be thoroughly enjoying it as he played the beats on a table.
In a video, shared by ANI, we can see Spittmann ad her mother garbed in traditional Indian outfits as she sat with PM Narendra Modi, who was seen in a white kurta-pajama, paired with a blue Nehru jacket.

Cassandra Mae Spittmann, a German citizen, gained widespread attention last year for her Tamil songs and devotional Indian tracks that went viral. She was even acknowledged in Prime Minister Modi's show 'Mann ki Baat'. This is her first visit to India and the 22-year-old sang two songs for Modi's show.
Cassandra Mae Spittmann had made headlines previously for her rendition of 'Ram Ayenge' ahead of the consecration ceremony of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
