In India, this eclipse was considered a shadow eclipse. According to scriptures, when the eclipse is complete its effect is greater. The rules of 'Sutak' are not followed in this eclipse. It is advisable to follow the rules of Sutak only when a total eclipse occurs. The second lunar eclipse of the year is considered important for the entire world, and all the zodiacs.

Lunar Eclipse 2021

According to astrological calculations, the second and last lunar eclipse of the year is going to take place on November 19, 2021. According to the Panchang, there will be a lunar eclipse on November 19 at around 11:30 in the afternoon. The lunar eclipse will end at 05:33 in the evening.

Lunar Eclipse Visible In Following Countries

The lunar eclipse on 19 November 2021 will be visible in America, Northern Europe, Australia, and the Pacific Ocean including India. Experts call this eclipse a partial lunar eclipse.

Sutak Kaal

The Sutak period is considered special during the eclipse. The doors of the temple are closed during the Sutak period. Auspicious tasks are not undertaken during the Sutak period, and consumption of food is avoided.

During the Sutak period, travel is also not recommended. Pregnant women are advised to take special precautions during the Sutak period. Sutak period is considered effective only when there is a total eclipse. The lunar eclipse on November 19 is partial, so following the rules of the Sutak period will not be valid in this eclipse.
