New Delhi: Urfi Javed is known for her different wardrobe choices. The actress who has been making headlines for various reasons was in the news on Monday after a netizen declared her dead. Urfi who recently changed her name to Uorfi took to social media to pen her reaction against this alleged claim.
The netizen whose Instagram post has now been deleted had a picture of a girl's back with a rope around her neck. The user alleged that the girl was Uorfi and that she had committed suicide. The caption of the post read, "RIP Urfi Javed a big loss for no anyone” (sic).
Meanwhile, Uorfi shared the now-deleted post through her Instagram story and wrote, "what is happening in this world?I have been receiving so many death threats, and now this! The comment says they stand with my murderer! Insane."
The story is no longer available on Uorfi's Instagram handle.

Later in 2016, she played Chhaya in Star Plus's 'Chandra Nandini'. After which, she portrayed Aarti in Star Plus's 'Meri Durga'
Urfi dated her 'Meri Durga' co-star Paras Kalnawat in 2017 but the duo broke up in 2018. In 2022, Urfi was seen in a music video with Kunwarr.
