TV Star Karan Kundrra On Being Mistaken For Raj Kundra, Says Some People Started Abusing Me ‘Yeh Roadies Karne Wala Banda Porn Bana Raha Hai’
Not only his name but recently a photograph of TV actor Karan Kundraa was also used in place of businessman Raj Kundra in connection with the infamous pornography case.
Following the arrest of businessman Raj Kundra in the pornography case, TV actor Karan Kundrra has caught himself meddled in the situation, all because he shares a similar surname with that of Shilpa Shetty’s husband.
Not only his name but recently a photograph of the actor was also used in place of businessman Raj Kundra in connection with the infamous pornography case. Now, in a conversation with a news portal, the actor opened up on the same and said he is worried about his image after he was mistaken for Raj Kundra.
In a recent interview with a leading website, the actor said that he woke up one day and saw a lot of people had thought that it was actually him who was caught in the controversy and were tweeting about it while tagging him. He informed that people who mistook him for the businessman went to the extent of abusing him. They tagged him on several posts on Twitter, which were often corrected by his fans and well wishers, Karan told Hindustan Times. Karan Kundra further added that, he has come across posts like ‘yeh Roadies karne wala banda porn bana raha hai’ (the guy who appeared on Roadies is now making porn) is concerned it might impact his career as so many people have seen it now.
“Now, if anyone reads that in a small town, and doesn’t read the updated news, they’d think it’s me for the rest of their lives,” he expressed his concern while talking to the news portal.
A couple of days back, Marathi actor Umesh Kamat, who shares his name with Kundra’s former PA Umesh Kamat had expressed his anger online at being wrongly named in Raj Kundra’s case and now, television actor Karan Kundra has found himself in a similar situation.
