The Kapil Sharma Show fans rejoice! As the popular comedy show is all set to return on TV soon with a new season. A few days back, comedian Krushna Abhishek had shared on social media that he cannot wait to resume shooting of TKKS and now it has finally begun pre-production.

Krushna announced on social media about show’s return. He posted a picture with co-stars Bharti Singh and Kiku Sharda. The trio had their first creative meeting and looked super-excited about their comeback.

Krushna wrote, “Gonna be back soon our first creative meeting so excited. New stuff coming soon. @tkssaudience @banijaygroup @bharti.laughterqueen @kikusharda”

According to reports,the show might return in a month or two with a new format this season.

Kapil Sharma had announced earlier that they are looking for writers and actors. Kapil had shared, “I am excited and happy to welcome new talent - actors and writers on The Kapil Sharma Show. Looking forward to meeting like-minded and talented individuals who have the right passion towards entertainment."

Owing to the lockdown last year, the show had gone on a break and resumed following all social distancing protocols. From cancelling live audience to engaging with them over video calls, the show aired for some time. But then Kapil Sharma took a break to embrace fatherhood for the second time.

The show will be co-produced by Salman Khan Television (SKTV) and Banijay Asia.
