Confirming the same, Apoorva informed TOI that, "The show is going in for a time leap, but I don't have any clarity on the duration of the leap, yet. Luv and Kush -- Kartik's (Mohsin Khan) cousins -- are all grown up now. They were studying at a boarding school and are returning to the Goenkas for good after several years. There is a stark change in their attitude. While they shared a great bond with Kartik during their growing-up years, their equation with him has changed now. Luv and Kush have become rebellious and aren't as obedient as they were earlier."
