CONFIRMED: Chaitanya Choudhary REPLACES Karan Patel As NEW Raman Bhalla In Yeh Hai Mohabbatein

Chaitanya Choudhary has started shooting for Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. The actor will replace Karan Patel as the new Raman Bhalla in the show.

New Delhi: Popular TV actor Karan Patel hogged all the limelight since the past few weeks after it was rumoured that he would bid adieu to ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’. After weeks of speculations, Karan finally confirmed that he has quit ‘YHM’ and would no longer play the role of Raman Bhalla. Ardent viewers of the Star Plus drama were left disappointed when the actor confirmed his exit from the show. Karan Patel and Divyanka Tripathi’s chemistry is quite a hit among the fans and it has helped ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ in grabbing several eyeballs. The actor has left the show to participate in Rohit Shetty’s ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 10’. He will jet off to Bulgaria to commence shoot for the stunt-based reality show.

Chaitanya Choudhary will step into the shoes of Karan Patel and play the new Raman Bhalla in ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’. The actor has started shooting for the show from Monday (July 22). The ‘Kahiin Toh Hoga’ actor, while talking to an entertainment portal, said that he is quite excited to work with Balaji Telefilms once again. ‘’I am privileged to be a part of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. I have a lot of gratitude towards Balaji Telefilms, as I started my career with them. Today is my first day of shoot, and I am really excited to work with the team. I know comparisons will happen, but I hope fans accept me as Raman. Undoubtedly, Raman is the most popular and acclaimed character, and people have a lot of attachment with the role, but I hope I live up to the expectations. I need their support,’’ Chaitanya told Tellychakkar. When asked about working with Divyanka Tripahti, the actor told the portal, ‘’I have known her for some time now, but we have never worked together. She is very hardworking and a fantastic actor.’’
