The Kapil Sharma Show: Krushna Abhishek reveals he finds it the best when Kapil Sharma DOES THIS on his entry!

Krushna Abhishek and Kapil Sharma were once arch rivals, during 'Comedy Circus' days, and they remained so until recently when both their shows clashed and Krushna even went on to replace Kapil's show twice. The two have even taken digs at each other on many occasions in the past few years. However now the two are making nation laugh together with the return of 'The Kapil Sharma Show'. Krushna plays the female character of 'Sapna' who owns a beauty parlour in TKSS and his entry in Episode 1 was also hilarious when he took a dig at himself saying, "Main paise ke liye aaya (on Kapil’s show), izzat toh jaati jaati rehti hai".
Krushna opened up in a recent interview over his past rivalry, present working experience and current equation with Kapil Sharma. When asked what prompted him to take up the offer of TKSS despite their rivalray, Krushna told DNA - "Mera personal equation Kapil ke saath kabhi kharab nahi tha. We have always been respectful of each other. I didn’t have any personal rivalry with him. Even in my interviews, I would say that. Whatever rivalry we had was in connection with the ratings of our shows. Both of us wanted our shows to be the best and rank high on the charts. Whatever he or I may have said at that time, when my father passed away, he immediately called me." And talking about his first meeting with Kapil, Krushna said - "I hadn’t met Kapil for a long time, but first meeting mein hi the ice was broken." Both Krushna and Bharti have joined Kapil in the comeback version of 'The Kapil Sharma Show'. ' While Bharti and Kapil share a strong bond from their early days, Krushna and Kapil are often seen taking a dig at each other during comedy gags.

Speaking about the same, Krushna further says - "Kapil works so hard. I have seen that during the rehearsals, he works on everything not just his entries, but even ours. Jaate jaate do-teen punches bhi de jaata hai. This is my genuine feedback. I don’t have to butter him up. We share a good equation. We also improvise a lot on stage, and make fun of ourselves —  khud ki taang kheench lete hain." He also cites the example of his Day 1 bit on the show talking about paisa & izzat, we mentioned above in the first para. Krushna also reveals that he loves a gesture shown by Kapil for him on-stage every time he enters during acts. "The best thing about Kapil is that when I come on stage, he stands up and gives me the chair to sit. He gives so much respect and space, I didn’t know this about him." -Krushna tells DNA And we don't disagree since we have witnessed this ourselves that even during gags when Krushna bends to touch Kapil's feet in jest, the latter always objects. Kapil saw a very bad phase in his life when his show went off-air in 2017. He returned with 'Family Time With Kapil Sharma' which also shut down in 3 weeks time. It all started with the mid-air fight between Kapil and Sunil in early 2017. Kapil was also embroiled in controversy over his interview with a journalist in which he got abusive and used cuss words against him. Kapil is now a happily married man as he tied the knot with Ginni Chatrath in December last year. Coming back to Kapil-Krushna's jodi.. The comedy fans are having the best time with the double dhamaal these two top comedians create on the same stage.
