Adil Khan, who was seen in the role of a beggar in 'Pavitra Rishta', recalled Sushant Singh Rajput's advice to not leave his studies to pursue acting.
New Delhi: The untimely demise of Sushant Singh Rajput has sent shock waves across the industry. The talented actor, who made his Bollywood debut with ‘Kai Po Che’, committed suicide by hanging himself at his apartment on Sunday (June 14). Tinsel town celebs including Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Anushka Sharma, Rajkummar Rao mourned his death on social media. Twitter and Instagram have been flooded with old videos of the ‘Shudh Desi Romance’ actor.

Sushant’s ‘Raabta’ co-star Kriti Sanon had shared an emotional post after attending his funeral. She wrote, “I so wish you had people around you to get you pass THAT moment, i wish you hadn’t pushed the ones who loved you away.. i wish i could have fixed that something which was broken inside you..I couldn’t.”

Actor Adil Khan, who was seen as a beggar in Sushant’s hit TV show ‘Pavitra Rishta’, penned a heartfelt post for the late actor on Instagram. He mentioned how the ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’ actor suggested him to never leave his studies to pursue a career in acting.
Adil added that he followed Sushant’s advice and completed his post graduation. He also said that he is ‘not ready to accept the fact’ that Sushant is no more.
Adil shared his experience of shooting with Sushant in ‘Pavitra Rishta’ and said that the actor ‘walked as if it is his first day’. Check out his full post!

Sushant Singh Rajput’s final film ‘Dil Bechara’ couldn’t hit the silver screens on its scheduled date due to COVID-19 crisis. The film is the Hindi adapation of the novel ‘The Fault in our Stars’. Fans trended #DilBecharaOnBigScreen on Twitter and demanded that the makers don’t release the film on any OTT platform.
