Ekta Kapoor's 'Naagin 5', which was launched in August 2020, will bid adieu to the viewers next month. The popular supernatural show will go off air in February 2021. Yes, you read that right! According to a report in a leading daily, the fifth season of the 'Naagin' series will air its last episode soon. The revenge saga stars Ssharad Malhotra and Surbhi Chandna in lead roles.

'Naagin 5' Last Episode Date

The weekend drama will end its stint after a six-month run on the small screen. The cast and crew are expected to shoot for the last episode in the final week of January 2021. The team is yet to finalise the last telecast date. "Naagin 5' will go off air in February after a six-month run. The date is not yet final. The team is already aware of the development. The last episode will be shot by the end of this month," a source told Times Of India.

Which Show Will Replace 'Naagin 5'?

Gossip mills are buzzing with the rumours that Ekta Kapoor's upcoming show on vampires will take over the slot of 'Naagin 5'. Interestingly, the TV Czarina has earlier produced the show 'Pyaar Kii Yeh Ek Kahaani', which was based on vampires. The show starred Vivian Dsena and Sukirti Kandpal in lead roles. Talking about 'Naagin 5', the show has received a mixed response from the viewers. Although, Surbhi Chandna and Ssharad Malhotra's sizzling chemistry has managed to win hearts, the TRPs of the show have remained average in the new season. The show started with Hina Khan and Dheeraj Dhoopar, who played the respective roles of a 'naagin' and 'cheel'. 'Naagin 1' remains the most successful season in the history of the franchise. The show featured Mouni Roy, Arjun Bijlani and Adaa Khan in lead roles. Adaa and Mouni were also part of 'Naagin 2'. They made a guest appearance in the finale episode of 'Naagin 3'.
